About Mary Hart

Chief Growth Partner and Founder of Hart Core Solutions

Mary Hart launched Hart Core Solutions in June of 2022 after leaving Dress for Success Palm Beaches where she served as Executive Director since 2016.

While with Dress for Success, Mary was able to help dramatically increase income, improve education and awareness of the organization in the community, build a more committed and diverse board of directors, increase employee and volunteer engagement, improve programming, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders (including clients!).

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College. She started her career in the financial services sector where she held various positions, eventually rising to a senior vice president level. In 2007 Mary left the corporate world to open her own business, GreenSmartGifts, which focused on sustainability and won a Council of Smaller Enterprises “Ten Under 10” Award which honors businesses with less than ten employees who push themselves to learn, take risks, and grow every day. Prior to joining Dress for Success, Mary served as Executive Director of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County for four years where she focused on building relationships in the community and forming business partnerships to support the organization. Just prior to that, Mary served as Director of Student Services for Keiser University’s West Palm Beach Campus, where she worked directly with graduating students to help them enter the workforce, focusing on resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional dress.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Mary lived in Lakewood, Ohio, for five years prior to relocating to Jupiter, Florida, in 2010. Throughout her career, Mary has focused on building strong relationships by treating all persons with dignity and respect. Her volunteer efforts over the years have included assisting in food banks, working with persons with substance use disorders, and teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), both in Guatemala and in the United States. Currently, she serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the 15th Judicial Circuit. In addition to her bachelor’s degree, she holds certificates in Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence, Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages, and Addiction Studies.
